• 2-STEP TB TEST (Contact your nearest public health services building to set up appointment)
  

• IMMUNIZATION RECORD (Contact the public health services building or family doctor)

NOTE TO STAFF:

Due to the recent COVID situation, we want to stress to all our workers to adhere to
the guidelines of precautions by wearing your facemasks and sanitizing as well as proper handwashing protocols.  
Please contact your local office, CBN, CBS, Mount Pearl or Carbonear to arrange a pick up time
for masks and hand sanitizer.  

If you have symptoms as per the 811 website from Eastern Health, please contact them to discuss your situation and contact our office immediately for further instructions.
